MODERN INNO DT (ASX: 02322) has announced that Mr. Yang Riquan has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director, effective June 18, 2026.

His resignation is due to his need to dedicate more time to his other commitments. Consequently, he will also step down from his roles as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Following Mr. Yang's departure, the Board of Directors has announced the appointment of Mr. Luo Xueru as an independent non-executive director.

Mr. Luo's appointment, also effective from June 18, 2026, includes taking on the positions of Chairman of the Nomination Committee and membership on both the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
