According to the latest announcement, Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd. (0576) has approved the appointment of Li Wei, currently an executive director and deputy general manager, as the acting general manager. The responsibilities of this position will take effect from February 10, 2026, and continue until a new general manager is formally appointed.

In addition, Li Wei has been formally appointed as an authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, also effective from February 10, 2026. Following this appointment, the company meets the requirement of having two authorized representatives in accordance with the listing rules.
