NSING Technologies Inc. (stock code: 02701.HK) has fixed its H-share offer price at HK$10.80 per share, exclusive of brokerage (1.00%), SFC transaction levy (0.0027%), Stock Exchange trading fee (0.00565%) and AFRC transaction levy (0.00015%).

The company will publish details of demand in the International Offering, subscription levels in the Hong Kong Public Offering and the allocation basis on 20 March 2026, as outlined in the prospectus dated 13 March 2026.

Assuming the Global Offering becomes unconditional before 8:00 a.m. on 23 March 2026, the H shares are expected to begin trading on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. the same day. Shares will be traded in board lots of 200.
