Morgan Stanley Fund Management (China) Co., Ltd. announced a senior management change last Thursday (June 25th). The announcement stated that Chief Operating Officer Peng Yue will concurrently assume the role of financial responsible person, effective from June 24th.

Concurrently, from June 24th, 2026, General Manager ZHOU WENTONG will no longer serve as the acting financial responsible person.

The announcement details that Peng Yue holds a bachelor's degree. Her previous roles include auditor at KPMG Huazhen LLP Shanghai Office, financial analyst at Praxair (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Director of the Accounting Department at Shanghai Jupai Investment Group Co., Ltd., China Finance Head at Schroders Investment Management (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., and Head of the Finance Department at Schroder Fund Management (China) Co., Ltd.

Peng Yue joined Morgan Stanley Fund Management in November 2025, serving as Chief Operating Officer.
