• AGM timetable Precision Tsugami (China) Corporation Limited (“Tsugami China”) will hold its annual general meeting on 17 August 2026 at Conrad Hong Kong. The register of members will be closed from 12 to 17 August 2026 for voting entitlement.

• Proposed HK$0.90 final dividend Subject to shareholder approval, a final dividend of HK$0.90 per share will be paid on 16 September 2026 to shareholders on record as of 26 August 2026. The register will be closed for dividend entitlement from 24 to 26 August 2026.

• Share buy-back mandate The Board seeks authority to repurchase up to 18.43 million shares, representing 5% of the 368.61 million issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the latest practicable date. The mandate will run until the next AGM or its earlier revocation.
