Greentech Technology International Limited (00195) has rescheduled its board meeting from 13 February 2026 to 27 February 2026. The change reflects additional time required to finalize the audited annual results for the year ended 31 December 2024 and to consider the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2025.

Trading in the company’s shares has remained suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 2 September 2024, following delays in publishing the interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2024. The suspension will continue until all resumption requirements set by the Stock Exchange are fulfilled.
