Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co., Ltd. (“Senior Material”) announced on 16 July 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its latest Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) Circular, Notice of EGM and Form of Proxy have been published on both the HKEXnews website and the company’s own site (www.senior798.com).

In compliance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, covering annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, listing documents and proxy forms. Printed copies will no longer be mailed by default.

Non-registered holders—those whose shares are held through CCASS—are advised to provide functional email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries to ensure they receive electronic notifications. Until an email address is supplied, shareholders will need to check the HKEXnews and company websites proactively to stay informed.

Shareholders who prefer physical documents can submit a completed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or email a scanned copy to szmh.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Each request for printed materials remains valid for one year unless revoked earlier.
