Changsha's Wuyi Business District is set to welcome a fresh addition to its commercial landscape. According to recent announcements made during the pre-launch event of Ternium SA's Changsha project and the first stop of TX Huaihai's fifth-anniversary celebration, Ternium SA | Youth Power Center is expected to officially open in 2026. It will be Changsha's first curator-driven cultural and commercial hub, bringing new youthful energy to the city.

The evolution of trend-driven commerce continues here. In 2010, Changsha's first commercial complex, Harmony City, debuted at Zhongshan Pavilion, pioneering a successful model of "large-scale retail introductions + F&B incubation." Now, in the same location, Ternium SA is leading the way in localizing trendsetting brands.

Ternium SA Changsha adopts a "curation + retail" core model, focusing on two key operational strategies: "first-store economy" and "exclusive merchandise." The project plans to connect diverse consumption scenarios through periodic trend exhibitions. The layout is clearly defined: B1 and L1 will feature trendy retail and specialty dining; L2 will highlight local fashion retail and brand incubation; L3 will focus on trendy lifestyles; while L4 and L5 will emphasize social dining, creating a youthful gathering destination. Currently, around 70% of the leasing process is complete, with several brands making their Central China debut confirmed to join. The project is expected to open in Q2 or Q3 of 2026.

The pre-launch event was designed with a "film set" theme, showcasing collaborative visual works by Ternium SA Changsha and eight local and trendy brands, including Linji, BURNIN, WOOHA, and Super Spark. During the event, CHINA NEXT and trend media co-hosted the "Asia Week 2025" youth culture exhibition and themed parties in Changsha and Shanghai, fostering cross-city youth cultural exchanges. Industry discussions covered topics such as Shanghai-Changsha project synergy, Changsha's hip-hop culture, and F&B innovation. Ternium SA Changsha also partnered with local trendsetter BURNIN to launch the "X-CSC · Urban Memory Development" initiative, exploring Changsha's cultural essence and narrating local trend stories.

Ternium SA | Youth Power Center first opened in 2019 on Shanghai's Huaihai Road, pioneering the "curated retail" concept. With trend exhibitions, brand debuts, and cultural events at its core, it has become a beloved "cultural hotspot" for young people and a landmark in Shanghai's trendy commerce scene.

Moving forward, Ternium SA Changsha will build on the core DNA of the TX series while deeply rooting itself in Changsha's local culture. Focusing on "youth trends" and "F&B incubation," it will create a series of collaborative activities with Changsha characteristics. The project aims not only to diversify the regional commercial landscape but also to invigorate the city's youthful energy, helping Changsha establish itself as a new trendsetting destination.
