CNGR (02579) has announced that on March 6, 2026, its board of directors passed a resolution to nominate Mr. Deng Weiming, Mr. Tao Wu, Mr. Liao Hengxing, Mr. Liu Xingguo, and Mr. Deng Jing as candidates for executive directors of the third-term board of directors. The board also nominated Mr. Cao Feng, Mr. Hong Yuan, Mr. Jiang Liangxing, and Ms. Huang Siying as candidates for independent non-executive directors of the third-term board. All the nominated director candidates are currently serving directors. Following their election at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting, these candidates will form the company's third-term board of directors together with employee representative directors to be elected by the employee representative assembly. Their term of office will be three years, effective from the date of approval by the extraordinary general meeting.
