AEON STORES (00984) announced that on September 30, 2025, its subsidiary AEON GD (as tenant) and the property owner Foshan Pufeng Warehousing Management (as landlord) entered into a warehouse agreement (substantially a renewal agreement) to continue leasing the warehouse (Prologis Shunde Chencun Logistics Park A1 Building Units 3-4, Floor 1). The lease term commences from December 1, 2025, with the lease of additional warehouse space starting from August 1, 2025 or January 1, 2026 (depending on circumstances).

Since November 14, 2016, AEON GD has been renting the warehouse from the landlord for warehousing purposes to support AEON GD's retail operations. AEON GD has been leasing the premises under a supplementary lease agreement since January 14, 2016 and operating a warehouse at the location. As the supplementary lease agreement will expire on November 30, 2025, AEON GD entered into the warehouse agreement with the landlord to extend the lease terms and lease additional warehouse space.
