Ant Group: AQ Anti-fraud Campaign Continues! Launches "AI Anti-fraud Hotline" in Partnership with China Mobile

On the afternoon of September 12, at the 2025 Inclusion Bund Conference, AQ, the AI health application under Ant Group Co., Ltd., unveiled a series of new product features. Addressing pain points in family health management and fraud prevention for elderly medical care, the platform launched the new "Health Records" feature and partnered with China Mobile to introduce the "AI Anti-fraud Prevention Hotline." Additionally, an intelligent agent open platform was launched to help more doctors create AI assistants for enhanced medical practice.

Latest data shows that since launching its beta version in September last year, AQ has cumulatively served over 140 million users, with nearly 60% coming from third-tier cities and below. "In the AI era, AQ hopes to drive more precise and targeted medical care with greater depth, and more inclusive medical care with broader reach, benefiting every ordinary person," said Zhang Junjie, Vice President of Ant Group Co., Ltd. and General Manager of Digital Medical Health Business Unit.

Furthermore, to facilitate more convenient medical consultation and medication access for elderly users, AQ partnered with China Mobile to launch the "AI Anti-fraud Prevention Hotline." Elderly users can dial the number to instantly connect with AI doctors. When encountering suspicious information that's difficult to verify or experiencing sudden physical discomfort, they can receive immediate assistance. Previously, AQ had declared war on fake medical advertisements, launching a series of tools including AI photo-based fraud detection and AI phone verification, while publicly recruiting civilian anti-fraud teams.
