United Energy Group Limited (“the Group”) published additional information regarding the remuneration of its former Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Zhu Junfeng, who served from 9 May 2018 to 9 November 2020.

According to the announcement, Mr. Zhu’s total emolument in the year ended 31 December 2018 was HK$7,654, comprising HK$3,120 in salary and a HK$4,534 discretionary bonus. In 2019, his overall package amounted to HK$8,196, with HK$4,680 in salary and a HK$3,516 discretionary bonus. For 2020, Mr. Zhu’s total emolument was HK$4,290 in salary.

The statement confirms that no additional payments were made to Mr. Zhu as an inducement to join or as compensation for leaving the Group. He resigned as Chief Executive Officer effective 9 November 2020, and no emolument was waived during his tenure.
