Tianneng Power Buys Back 3.05 Million Shares for HKD 12.12 Million, Total Year-to-Date Repurchases Reach 4.59 Million

Tianneng Power International Limited disclosed a new share repurchase in its Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 14 September 2026. On 14 September the company bought back 3.05 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 3.88 and HKD 4.00, spending HKD 12.12 million in aggregate.

Including the latest transaction, Tianneng Power has repurchased 4.59 million shares since the approval of its current buy-back mandate on 8 June 2026, equivalent to 0.41 % of the 1.13 billion shares outstanding on the mandate date. The mandate authorises the company to repurchase up to 112.61 million shares.

As of the close on 14 September, Tianneng Power’s issued share capital remains at 1.13 billion shares, as the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. The company has a 30-day moratorium, ending 14 October 2026, during which it cannot issue new shares without prior Exchange approval.
