Wuxi AppTec Co., Ltd. (HKEX: 02359) has issued an announcement regarding a change in its company secretary and authorized representative for service of legal documents.

The company announced that Ms. Zhang Yuefen, a Director of Company Secretarial Services at Vistra (a member of the Vistra Group), has retired from her roles. Her retirement is effective from July 1, 2026. Ms. Zhang was serving as one of the company's joint company secretaries and as its authorized representative under the Hong Kong Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance.

The Board of Directors further announced that Ms. Yang Xiaohui has been appointed to succeed Ms. Zhang, with the appointment also taking effect from July 1, 2026. Ms. Yang will serve jointly with Ms. Han Min as the company's company secretaries and authorized representatives. In these roles, they will be responsible for handling daily corporate governance matters, including convening company meetings and managing secretarial affairs.
