Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (Chunli Medical; 01858) announced that employee representatives elected Mr. Xie Feng Bao as the employee director of the company’s sixth Board session at a meeting held on 25 June 2026. His term starts immediately and will run until the current Board’s mandate ends.

Mr. Xie, aged 44, is already an executive director and serves as Board secretary. Since joining Chunli Medical in March 2001, he has advanced from R&D assistant to deputy chief engineer and is credited as a principal inventor on more than 20 authorized invention patents. He has led two Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission projects that passed acceptance and contributed to two national programs under the Ministry of Science and Technology. His accolades include an Excellence Award at the 23rd China Patent Awards and recognition as an “Outstanding Science and Technology Worker” in Beijing’s Tongzhou District.

The company confirmed that Mr. Xie: • has not held directorships in other listed companies over the past three years; • is not connected with directors, supervisors, senior management, substantial or controlling shareholders; • holds no equity interest in Chunli Medical under Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance; • has no information requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 13.51(2)(h)–(v).

Mr. Xie will receive no director’s fee. Compensation for his other roles will follow the company’s remuneration policy, reflecting duties and market norms.

As of 25 June 2026, Chunli Medical’s Board comprises four executive directors (Shi Wenling, Shi Chunbao, Yue Shujun, Xie Feng Bao), one non-executive director (Wang Xin), and three independent non-executive directors (Xu Hong, Zheng Zhong Liang, Kwan King Nam).
