The board confirmed that the company has obtained written shareholder approval from Kin Yat Holdings regarding the provisional sale and purchase agreement and the proposed transactions under it. All prerequisite conditions stipulated in the provisional agreement have been satisfied. Consequently, the transaction was completed on December 12, 2025. Following the completion, the group no longer holds any interest in the target group, and the target group's financial performance, assets, and liabilities will cease to be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
