CHINA PPT INV (00736) announced that as all conditions precedent under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, the subscription was completed on November 5, 2025, in accordance with the terms of the agreement. A total of 53.433 million subscription shares were allotted and issued at HK$0.43 per share, raising approximately HK$22.97 million net. The proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
