Registered shareholders who have previously opted for printed communications will receive hard copies enclosed with the notice. Shareholders preferring printed versions—or those who experience difficulties accessing digital documents—can obtain free hard copies by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 3380-ecom@vistra.com.

The notice highlights that providing a functional email address is the shareholder’s responsibility. Until a valid address is recorded, the company will distribute future publication notices and actionable corporate communications in printed form only.
