China Youran Dairy Group Limited (Youran Dairy) disclosed a 299.25 million-share placement on 29 June 2026 at HK$3.92 per share, following shareholder approval on 22 May 2026.

The new issuance increased the company’s outstanding ordinary shares to 4.49 billion from 4.19 billion a month earlier, representing a 7.14 % month-on-month expansion. No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the period.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion shares with a par value of US$0.00001, equivalent to authorised capital of US$0.10 million.

Youran Dairy confirmed that it continued to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 18.85 % as at 30 June 2026. There were no movements in share option schemes, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments during the month.
