HONY MEDIA (00419) announced on November 6, 2025, its intention to issue 638 million subscription shares to Xie Xingxi at HK$0.039 per share. The subscription price represents a discount of approximately 2.5% compared to the closing price of HK$0.040 per share on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on the agreement date.

The net proceeds from the subscription are expected to be around HK$24.66 million. The company plans to allocate approximately 40% of the funds for settling and future payments of employee costs and office rental expenses, 25% for legal, compliance, audit, legal, valuation, and other professional fees, and the remaining 35% for other expenses and general working capital.
