Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited announced that it issued 1.23 million new ordinary shares on Oct, 31 2025 following the exercise of share options granted under its June 3 2013 share option scheme.

The newly issued shares represent approximately 0.039% of Comba Telecom’s existing share capital prior to the transaction, increasing the company’s outstanding shares from 3.131 billion to 3.133 billion. The options were exercised at HK$2.03 per share.

No treasury shares were involved, and the company reported no share repurchases or on-market disposals of treasury stock during the period.
