After considering recommendations from its audit committee, Arta TechFin appointed Prism Hong Kong Limited to fill the vacancy until the next annual general meeting.

The company’s audit committee also confirmed that Prism’s proposed team structure, estimated audit hours, and fee proposal met Arta TechFin’s requirement for maintaining audit quality while achieving cost savings.

Prism’s audit plan incorporates a risk-based approach with a focus on significant accounting estimates and compliance with Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards. Scheduled from March to June 2026, it includes an early assessment of opening balances, substantive fieldwork, and timely communication of any findings. Arta TechFin stated confidence that this appointment will maintain audit quality and aligns with the company’s broader cost-control strategies.
