ND Paper (Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) Limited) announced the completion of the full redemption of its US-dollar-denominated 14.00% senior perpetual capital securities, originally totaling US$0.50 million in principal value.

The securities, identified by ISIN XS2825539450 and common code 282553945, have been entirely redeemed, cancelled and delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited as of 11 August 2026.

This action eliminates all outstanding balances of the high-coupon perpetual instruments from the company’s capital structure.

The board of directors remains unchanged, comprising five executive directors led by Chairlady Cheung Yan and four independent non-executive directors.
