Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced the repurchase of 15,000 ordinary shares on May, 05 2026 at an average price of US$67.8346 per share. The bought-back shares will be cancelled.

Following the cancellation, the company’s issued share capital stands at 292,849,428 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right. Jardine Matheson holds no treasury shares.
