An announcement has been issued by Lingyi Itech(Guangdong)Company (SHE: 002600) regarding its global H-share offering.

The total number of H-shares offered globally amounts to 812 million. The Hong Kong public offering portion comprises 81.18132 million shares, with the international offering making up the remaining 731 million shares.

Based on an issue price of HK$10.18 per share, and after deducting underwriting commissions and other related expenses for the global offering, the company estimates it will receive net proceeds of approximately HK$8.1517 billion.

Following approval from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the 812 million H-shares are scheduled to be listed and commence trading on the Main Board of the HKEX on June 26, 2026.

The H-shares will trade under the Chinese short name "领益智造" and the English short name "LINGYI ITECH", with the stock code "01688".
