CHUNLI MEDICAL (01858) announced that on November 11, 2025, the company entered into the following agreements: (i) Agreement 1 with Bank Of Beijing (Daxing Branch) to subscribe to structured deposit products using temporary idle proceeds from its A-share public offering, totaling RMB290 million; (ii) Agreement 1 with Bank Of Beijing (Fangzhuang Branch) to subscribe to structured deposit products using temporary idle proceeds from its A-share public offering, totaling RMB210 million; and (iii) Agreement 2 with Bank Of Beijing (Fangzhuang Branch) to subscribe to structured deposit products using internal funds, totaling RMB290 million.

Additionally, on September 26, 2025, the company signed an agreement with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (Haidian Park Branch) to subscribe to structured deposit products using internal funds, totaling RMB85 million. The Shanghai Pudong Development Bank (Haidian Park Branch) structured deposit product agreement had been redeemed prior to the date of this announcement.
