ZHOU HEI YA (ASX: 01458) has executed a share buyback and cancelled a significant number of previously repurchased shares.

The company announced that on June 11, 2026, it spent HK$647,800 to buy back 469,500 of its own shares.

In a related move, the company also cancelled 31,831,500 shares that had been repurchased earlier and held in treasury.
