On January 16, according to an administrative penalty disclosure form from the Jincheng Supervision Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, the Jincheng Fengqing Branch of Agricultural Bank Of China was ordered to make corrections, given a warning, and fined 310,000 yuan for issuing loans that did not meet requirements and for inadequate management of its insurance agency business.

Concurrently, Liang Jie, a client manager at the branch, was warned and fined 60,000 yuan for issuing non-compliant loans; Liang Lifang, the business supervisor at the branch, was warned and fined 10,000 yuan for inadequate management of the insurance agency business.
