SINOSYNERGY (09663) has announced that Mr. Yang Zeyun has submitted his resignation as a non-executive director of the company, effective March 24, 2026. The resignation is due to his intention to dedicate more time to other personal commitments. Following Mr. Yang's departure, he will also cease to be a member of the company's Board Strategy Committee from the same date. Mr. Ye Jiajie has been appointed as a member of the Strategy Committee to succeed Mr. Yang.
