Latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 1, a shareholder of STARPLUS LEGEND (06683) deposited shares into Winbond Securities International Hong Kong, with a custody value of HK$375 million, accounting for 5.73% of the company's shares.

Previously, STARPLUS LEGEND announced the completion of its placement and subscription matters on November 27, 2025. As all conditions for the placement were fulfilled, the parties involved agreed to finalize the placement on that date. Consequently, a total of 75 million placement shares (representing approximately 7.88% of the company's enlarged issued share capital post-subscription) were successfully allocated to no fewer than six placees at HK$7.20 per share by the placing agent.

The placees and their ultimate beneficial owners are independent third parties with no connections to the company or its related parties. Following the completion of the placement and subscription, none of the placees became a major shareholder of the company.
