SY HOLDINGS (06069) has announced that Mr. Yuan Ye has been appointed as an executive director of the company, effective June 1, 2026. To provide each director with greater opportunities to participate in board affairs, contribute to the committees under the board, and ensure the comprehensiveness and diversity of the company's board structure, the board further announced that, effective from the same date, Mr. Tung Chi Fung will step down from his roles as Chairman and member of the Sustainable Development Committee. Concurrently, Mr. Yuan Ye has been appointed as the new Chairman and a member of the Sustainable Development Committee.
