TSH Resources Berhad (TSH) disclosed that it repurchased 220,000 of its own shares on Dec, 18 2025. The shares were bought at prices ranging from MYR1.230 to MYR1.240, for a total consideration of roughly 0.08 million Singapore dollars.

Following the transaction, all 220,000 repurchased shares were retained as treasury stock, lifting the company’s cumulative treasury shares to 111,745,200 units, or about 8.08692% of its 1,381,802,509 issued shares. No shares from the latest buyback have been earmarked for cancellation.
