HAIZHI TECH GP (02706) announced that Ms. Long Yu has resigned from her position as a non-executive director of the company, effective May 15, 2026, to devote more time to other matters. Following this change, effective May 15, 2026, non-executive director Mr. Li Jiaqing is no longer a member of the board's audit committee. Independent non-executive director Mr. Ma Yeming has been appointed as a member of the audit committee. After these adjustments, the audit committee consists of the following three members: Mr. Li Shupai (Chairman), Mr. Zhang Yifan, and Mr. Ma Yeming.
