Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co., Ltd. (Chunli Medical) announced a final ordinary cash dividend of RMB 1.50 per 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The distribution is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 26 May 2026.

The ex-dividend date is set for 28 May 2026, with the share register closing from 1 June to 3 June 2026.
