To alleviate traffic congestion in the Meiledi Commercial District, a related traffic organization plan will be implemented starting immediately. The details are as follows:

(1) The non-motorized vehicle lane on the east side of Fudong Street, west of Meiledi, has been renovated and completed. The original non-motorized vehicle lane is no longer in use.

(2) For motor vehicles coming from the east on Liuming Road, during off-peak hours, they are allowed to borrow the left lane for straight passage. During peak hours, only right turns are permitted.

(3) For vehicles exiting from the underground garage entrance on the south side of Meiledi during peak hours, the traffic route is: head east to Guangtai Street, then south via Heping Road or east via Liuqing Road for traffic distribution.

Implementation times: Monday to Thursday: 17:30-19:00 Friday to Sunday: 17:30-20:00 During major holidays such as May Day and National Day: 13:00-22:00

(4) Guangtai Street (from Renmin Road to Liuqing Road) will operate as a one-way street for motor vehicles from north to south from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Guangtai Street (from Renmin Road to Liuqing Road) and Liuqing Road (from Dongliu Street to Guangtai Street) are designated as strict traffic management streets.
