RUICHANG INTL (01334) announced that Mr. Li Zhongcheng has resigned from his positions as (i) company secretary; (ii) authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) agent for service of process and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), effective September 29, 2025. Following Mr. Li's resignation from the positions of company secretary, authorized representative and agent for service of process, Mr. Zou Xinglong has been appointed as company secretary, authorized representative and agent for service of process, effective September 29, 2025.
