All 37.80 million repurchased shares remain in issue pending cancellation. As a result, Sunac Services’ issued share capital stood unchanged at 3.03 billion shares as of 18 September 2026, with no treasury shares recorded.

Repurchase prices during the current mandate have ranged from a high of HK$0.97 per share on 29 May 2026 to a low of HK$0.73 per share on 26 June 2026. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 18 October 2026.
