Tencent's new Hunyuan large language model, Hy3, has experienced a more than 68-fold increase in total call volume compared to its predecessor, Hy2.

Following the growth trajectory of the Hy3 preview version, Hy3 is demonstrating a steeper growth curve. One week after its official release, Hy3 has secured the top position on OpenRouter's global ranking for large language model call volume.

In the realm of AI agent products, Hy3 is also proving to be highly competitive. Among users of the WorkBuddy platform who select their own model, 60% have opted for Hy3.

Tencent officially launched the Hunyuan Hy3 model on July 6th. Compared to the preview version, Hy3 exhibits intelligence levels significantly surpassing models of similar size and rivaling flagship models that are 2 to 5 times larger in parameter scale, while also offering substantially improved overall stability and cost-effectiveness.

Hy3 has already been integrated into several Tencent products, including WorkBuddy, CodeBuddy, Yuanbao, Marvis, and ima. Its API is also available on Tencent Cloud's TokenHub and on multiple overseas platforms.
