CATHAY PAC AIR (00293) has announced that Ms. Shen Bikia will step down from her roles as the company's Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026.

Mr. Ma Jiajun, the current Finance Director of Swire Bulk Holdings Pte. Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Swire Group), will be appointed as the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective from the same date following Ms. Shen's departure.
