At the opening session on September 18, 2026, domestic futures contracts showed a broad decline, with most major contracts trading lower.
SC Crude Oil led the losses, dropping nearly 6%, while Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Coking Coal fell over 3%. Fuel Oil and Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) declined close to 3%, and Pure Benzene, Paraxylene (PX), and Styrene (EB) fell more than 2%.
On the upside, Containerized Shipping (Europe Route) rose over 3%, and Silver gained more than 2%. Lead and International Copper advanced nearly 2%, while Zinc, Lithium Carbonate, Tin, and Copper each climbed over 1%.
