CPIC has announced the implementation details for its annual dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2025.

The profit distribution will be based on the company's total share capital of 9,620,341,455 shares prior to the implementation of the plan. A cash dividend of RMB 1.15 per share, inclusive of tax, will be issued, amounting to a total cash dividend distribution of approximately RMB 11.06 billion.

The ex-dividend date and the cash dividend payment date are both scheduled for July 17, 2026.
