BLOCKFIN HLDG (00888) has announced that due to a failure to reach an agreement with Baker Tilly Hong Kong on audit fees for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, and review fees for the interim report covering the six months ending June 30, 2026, Baker Tilly Hong Kong has resigned as the company's auditor, effective July 24, 2026.

Following a recommendation from the audit committee, the board has resolved to appoint Suya Wenshun Certified Public Accountants Limited (Suya) as the new auditor, effective July 24, 2026, to fill the temporary vacancy created by the resignation. Suya's appointment will remain in effect until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
