On 28 April 2026, Man Yue Technology Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular, meeting notice and proxy form have been published on both the company’s website (www.manyue.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive hard-copy corporate communications will receive printed versions of the current documents by post. Shareholders preferring physical copies in the future—or encountering difficulties accessing electronic versions—may complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local returns, and requests can also be submitted via email to 894-ecom@vistra.com.

Man Yue Technology emphasises the efficiency of electronic delivery and encourages shareholders to supply a valid email address. Without a functional address on record, the company will continue sending printed notices and actionable corporate communications until updated details are provided.

Change Request Forms allow shareholders to: 1. Elect to receive printed materials in English, Chinese or both languages; or 2. Opt for future corporate and actionable communications in electronic form via email.

Instructions recorded under Part A of the Change Request Form will remain effective for all future corporate communications until written notice of change is received or until 31 December 2026, whichever is earlier.
