Old Dominion Freight Lines (NASDAQ: ODFL) has announced plans to release its financial results for the second quarter of 2026 before the market opens on Wednesday, July 29th. A conference call to discuss the results and the company's outlook will follow at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time that same day, and will be webcast live.

Investors can access the live audio webcast through the company's investor relations website at ir.odfl.com. A replay of the webcast will be made available approximately three hours after the call concludes and will remain accessible for 30 days.

Old Dominion Freight Lines operates as one of North America's largest less-than-truckload (LTL) carriers. The company provides regional, inter-regional, and national LTL services through a network of service centers across the continental United States, with its reach extended throughout North America via strategic alliances.

The company's performance in the initial months of the second quarter has been solid, based on previously disclosed operating data for May. Daily revenue for May increased 12.3% year-over-year, primarily driven by higher LTL revenue per hundredweight. For the quarter-to-date period, LTL revenue per hundredweight and the same metric excluding fuel surcharges increased 15.6% and 5.4%, respectively, compared to the prior year. Marty Freeman, President and CEO, noted that while tonnage has declined year-over-year, demand has continued to improve throughout the quarter, and the company's industry-leading service metrics continue to support its yield management strategy.
