INTL GENIUS (00033) announced that Ms. Fang Min has resigned from her position as independent non-executive director of the company due to personal commitments, effective September 22, 2025. Following Ms. Fang's resignation, the Board of Directors also announced that effective September 22, 2025: Ms. Fang will no longer serve as a member of the company's audit committee and remuneration committee; and Mr. Pan Yongxiang, an executive director of the company, has been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee.
