SHENYANG PUBLIC (00747) announced that the group expects to record a net loss of approximately RMB 4.1 million to approximately RMB 4.3 million for the first half of 2025, compared to a net profit of approximately RMB 1.9 million for the same period in 2024.

The Board believes that the net loss for the current period is primarily attributable to (among others) (i) a significant decrease in revenue as the overall settlement work for infrastructure construction business projects was completed entirely in previous periods, and no revenue from this business was recognized during the current period; and (ii) a decrease in other income as no gains were obtained from the disposal of assets classified as held for sale compared to previous periods.
