Omnibridge Holdings Limited released its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, highlighting lower revenue, a swing to loss and continued balance-sheet resilience.

Revenue and Profitability • Revenue decreased 18.20% year on year to S$19.32 million, driven chiefly by a S$4.06 million contraction in human-resources outsourcing turnover and a S$0.19 million drop in recruitment income. • Gross profit fell 43.00% to S$0.96 million, reducing the gross-profit margin to 4.95% (1H25: 7.11%). • Other income slipped to S$0.48 million (1H25: S$0.78 million) after lower government grants and operational-support receipts. • The Group recorded a loss from operations of S$0.27 million versus a S$0.15 million profit a year earlier; net result turned to a S$0.27 million loss compared with a S$0.09 million profit in 1H25. • Basic and diluted loss per share was 0.05 Singapore cents (1H25 earnings per share: 0.01 Singapore cents).

Cost Structure • Cost of services contracted 16.16% to S$18.37 million, reflecting lower contractor deployment volumes. • Total staff costs, administrative and other operating expenses declined 15.00% to S$1.70 million on headcount rationalisation. • Finance costs fell to S$0.01 million from S$0.02 million.

Cash Flow and Liquidity • Operating activities used S$0.38 million cash; investing activities generated S$0.15 million, mainly from dividend and interest income; financing outflows were S$0.18 million due to lease payments. • Cash and cash equivalents stood at S$19.73 million at period-end (31 Dec 2025: S$20.14 million). • Net current assets totalled S$23.15 million, underpinning a current ratio of 5.8x. • Gearing remained low at 0.5%, with lease liabilities of S$0.11 million against equity of S$23.24 million.

Balance Sheet Highlights • Total assets amounted to S$28.09 million, with non-current assets of S$0.10 million and current assets of S$27.99 million. • Net asset value eased to S$23.24 million (31 Dec 2025: S$23.51 million). • Other financial assets, primarily fixed-income funds, were valued at S$2.34 million after a S$0.06 million fair-value loss.

Capital Allocation • No interim dividend was declared for the period (1H25: nil). • Unutilised IPO proceeds of HK$10.80 million remain earmarked mainly for Singapore business expansion, selective Hong Kong recruitment initiatives and further IT system upgrades, with planned deployment by 31 December 2026.

Operational Context Management attributed the revenue decline to reduced outsourcing demand from Singapore’s public sector and a more cautious hiring environment. The Group is focusing on operational efficiency, margin accretive projects and enhancement of payroll outsourcing, compliance support and employer-of-record offerings to align with evolving client needs.
