Dexin Services appoints Wilson Cheung as Independent Director, joins Audit and Nomination Committees

Dexin Services Group Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Cheung Wai Yin Wilson as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 15 June 2026. Cheung will also serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee from the same date.

Cheung, 55, brings more than 28 years of experience in audit, business development, corporate finance and financial management. He currently holds an executive directorship at China Saftower International Holding Group Limited and independent non-executive directorships at Truly International Holdings Limited and Hong Wei (Asia) Holdings Company Limited.

Professional qualifications include memberships in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute. Academic credentials comprise a Master of Science in Financial Engineering from City University of Hong Kong and a bachelor’s degree in arts and administrative studies from York University, Canada.

Cheung’s one-year appointment carries an annual remuneration of HKD 0.25 million, set with reference to his experience, responsibilities and prevailing market conditions, and is subject to periodic review by the Board’s remuneration committee. As of the announcement date, Cheung holds no shares or other interests in Dexin Services Group Limited and has no relationships with existing directors, senior management, substantial shareholders or controlling shareholders.

Following the appointment, the Board of Dexin Services comprises two executive directors and four independent non-executive directors, including Cheung.
