CT Vision Launches ADR Facility with BNY Mellon; ADS to Trade OTC as “CTVHY”

Bulletin Express
07/14

CT Vision (International) Holdings Limited has established an American Depositary Receipt (ADR) facility that becomes effective on 14 July 2026 (U.S. Eastern Standard Time). The Bank of New York Mellon acts as depositary bank.

Each American Depositary Share represents 20 ordinary CT Vision shares held by the depositary’s Hong Kong custodian. The ADRs will trade on the U.S. over-the-counter market under the symbol “CTVHY” once the facility is open for trading.

To establish the program, CT Vision and BNY Mellon filed a Form F-6 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on 1 July 2026; the filing was declared effective on the facility’s effective date. The company will continue to publish English-language information via the Hong Kong exchange to maintain its Rule 12g3-2(b) exemption under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

The ADR setup involves no new share issuance; therefore, CT Vision will receive no proceeds. The board expects the facility to enhance the company’s visibility in the U.S. capital market and diversify its investor base with limited financial and administrative burden.

Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in CT Vision securities.
