According to an announcement dated 18 November 2025, Dongjiang Environmental Company Limited (Stock code: 00895) will convene its first H Shares Class Meeting of 2025 on Friday, 5 December 2025, at 4:30 p.m. or immediately after the A Shares Class Meeting, whichever concludes earlier. The session will take place at the 11th Floor of Dongjiang Environmental Building, No. 9 Langshan Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, in the People’s Republic of China.

The meeting will focus on two special resolutions regarding amendments to the Articles of Association and to the Rules of Procedures for General Meeting. The register of members of H Shares is scheduled to close from Tuesday, 2 December 2025, through Friday, 5 December 2025, during which time no share transfers will be processed. Only holders of H Shares whose names appear on the register by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, 1 December 2025, are entitled to attend and vote in person or by proxy.

The announcement also states that proxy forms must be deposited with the designated H share registrar by 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 4 December 2025, and identity documents are required for all attendees. The meeting is expected to conclude within half a day, and any voting on the listed resolutions is to be conducted by poll.
